a) Physical features:
    Shape:       Granular
    Color:    White without yellow
    Flavor:     Typically coconut fragrant and sweet without odor
    Moisture:    3 % max
    Oil content:    63 % (± 2 %)
    Grade:             Fine grade (ASTM): 14 x 35 mesh (1.40-0.35 mm)
    Medium grade (ASTM): 8 x 18 mesh (2.38-1.00 mm)

 

b) Chemical features
    Free Fatty Acid (F.F.A):       0.2 % max
    Sulphur dioxide (SO2):     50 ppm max
    Free from foreign matter
    Free from bacteria:  E.Coli, Salmonella, and Aflatoxin   

.  Packing: Net 1 kg, 5 kgs, 10 kgs, 25 kgs and 50 kgs packed in one inner PE and 3 or 4 outer layers of Kraft.
